Wayne and the reentry team member come up with a tangible action plan for his release covering housing, income, and familial safety nets. Wayne is successful for about 6 months but his foundation is still shaky and he does not have the resources to find additional psycho-therapeutic help to unpack some of his trauma that leads to his poor decision making. He is re-arrested within the year.
