Arrest
Jane had a history of arrests within San Bernardino County for the last 8 years with no plans on changing. After her last arrest in 2020, she was court ordered to participate in programming.
In Custody
Within custody, she completed her court-ordered programming which consisted of Cognitive Skills, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Trauma Recovery and Family Relations. This ignited a passion for self-betterment and she signed up for Bakery and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and Microsoft Office. At the same time, she volunteered to work the Visiting Center which helped her put her skills to the test in a customer service capacity.
Reentry
Jane is set to be released within the month and is eager to put some of her new skills to the test. She is seeking an administrative job where she can use her Microsoft Office Certification to its fullest capacity.
